- An email will be sent to successfully enrolled participants two weeks before the Event with instructions regarding the collection of the Race Pack.
- Participants will be required to show a physical or electronic copy of the redemption email to pick up their Race Pack and other event materials. Authorised persons collecting the Race Pack on your behalf must complete the authorisation letter attached to the Race Pack Collection email with the authorised persons' HKID and provide a photocopy of the registered user's HKID card to collect the Race Pack.
- All participants must collect their Race Pack and related items at designated date, time and venue. Otherwise, the Organiser reserves the right to revoke participants’ right to collect the Race Pack without prior notice.
