| 3-6 January 2025 | Race Pack Collection A confirmation email will be issued to participant’s registered email address. Participants shall collect their race pack at the designated location. |
| 12 January 2025 | Cut-off Date for Top Fundraising Awards Top Fundraising Awards (Individual and Corporate Team) will be presented to recognise and incentivize fundraising efforts in the event. The cut-off date for the awards will be 11:59p.m., 12 January 2025 (Sunday). |
| 19 January 2025 | Event Day Participants will assemble and commence at designated time slots assigned by the Organiser. |
| 16 February 2025 | Deadline for Fundraising, Updating Sponsor’s Information, and E-Certificate Open For Download Additional donations will no longer be accepted after 16 February 2025. The 'Update Sponsor Information' function under 'Participant's Management System' will be closed. Participant may download the e-certificate from the system in the meantime. |
| 21 March 2025 | Issue Donation E-Receipt The 'Download E-receipt' function under 'Participant's Management System' will be available. Participants may download e-receipt via the system. Donation of HK$100 or above is tax deductible. |
