| 29 – 31 January 2027 (Fri-Sun) | Race Pack Collection
A confirmation email will be issued to participant’s registered email address. Participants shall collect their race pack at the designated location.

| 14 February 2027 (Sun) | Event Day Participants will assemble and commence at designated time slots assigned by the Organiser. |
| 28 February 2027 (Sun) | Deadline for Fundraising, Updating Sponsor’s Information, and E-Certificate Open For Download Additional donations will no longer be accepted after 28 February 2027. The 'Update Sponsor Information' function under 'Participant's Management System' will be closed. Participant may download the e-certificate from the system in the meantime. |
| 14 March 2027 (Sun) | Issue Donation E-Receipt The 'Download E-receipt' function under 'Participant's Management System' will be available. Participants may download e-receipt via the system. Donation of HK$100 or above is tax deductible. |
